Cancellation Policy

Acceptance of Risk It is my responsibility to not use materials, tools, or equipment that I am not familiar with and to seek instruction when needed. I agree to accept any and all risk of loss, injury, or damage that may occur to me, my property arising from the acts or omissions at Make Space LLC including but not limited to participation in any studio activity, workshop, or class. Waiver and Release of Liability Acting for myself and/or any minors I have brought to Make Space LLC and signed for below, I hereby indemnify, hold harmless, and waive and release Make Space LLC and all Related parties from any and all injuries, losses, damages, consequential damages, costs, expenses, and/or liabilities that I may now have or that accrue in the future. Age I warrant that I am 18 years of age or older and that I have read, fully understand, and agree to the foregoing terms. If accompanied with minors under 18 I will stay with any minors at all times in the studio and will not leave the studio at any time. I take responsibility for their behavior and compliance to all studio rules. I warrant that any minor(s), with or without legal guardian present, agree to the foregoing terms. Workshop Cancellations within 24 hours are fully refunded; after 24 hours reschedule is available
